Antonio Conte orders scouting report on highly rated Seria A duo

Chelsea coach, Antonio Conte is currently monitoring the Slovakian defender Milan Skriniar, together with Italian winger Antonio Candreva.

He has sent his scouts to the Italian league so as to get regular updates on the players’ performances during matches, this is according to FcInterNews.

Antonio Conte wants to improve his squad’s quality by bringing in some players during the January transfer window.

Chelsea occupy the third position ahead of Tottenham Hotspur who are in the fourth position; Manchester United who are in the 2nd position and Manchester City who occupy the 1st position after 11 rounds of matches.

Skriniar, 22, joined Inter Milan from Sampdoria in 2017, he has scored 2 goals from 12 appearances.

Conte will be hoping to get the highly rated centre back as David Luiz replacement as soon as the Brazilian departs Chelsea.

Antonio Candreva is a veteran 30-year-old winger who formerly played for SS Lazio before joining Inter Milan in 2016. He featured in 150 matches for SS Lazio.

There won’t be a long negotiation before Conte could get his signature as he has once been the player’s coach during his time as coach of the Italian national team.

Chelsea defeated West Brom today in a ‘must win’ match as they hope to lay claim for the premier league title which they won last season.
