Almost done: Chelsea agree personal terms for £35m star

Callum Hudson-Odoi may be willing to listen to new contract offers from Chelsea after stalling for a very long period due to lack of play time.

Bundesliga big boys Bayern Munich has been trying to sign Hudson-Odoi from Chelsea this month. The Bundesliga champs had seen two previous bids rejected by Chelsea. A newly improved offered of 35 million pounds was recently turned down.

News now doing the rounds have claimed Chelsea want to stymie efforts from Bayern to sign him.

The west Londoners are set to double the youngster’s salary in hopes it will scare off Bayern.

Hudson-Odoi was raring to leave due to less game time at Chelsea, however, it is unclear if Maurizio Sarri will offer him more game time at the club.

Chelsea have clearly made it known to Bayern they do not want to lose him this month, and a deal which is reportedly cooking is meant to tie the star down until in the summer when Chelsea can finally marshal out a good plan that will see him stay beyond this summer.

Daily Mail says Chelsea will offer to make Hudson-Odoi one of the highest paid youngsters in the world.

The incentives in this new contract offer from Chelsea will see the 18-year-old’s new proposed wage climb to around 70,000 pounds.
