Almost done: Arsenal to announce £60m deal for ‘New Messi’

Reports breaking out from the Emirates stadium, home of Arsenal Football Clubhaveit that Arsene Wenger is currently in talks with Lyon playmaker Nabil Fekir after admitting that Ozil and Sanchez might be on their way out of the club during the January transfer window.

Alexis Sanchez who joined Arsenal in 2014 from Barcelona on a 3-year deal is set to leave when his contract expires at the end of the season.

Mesut Ozil who was purchased from Real Madrid in 2013 is also set to depart the Emirates stadium at the end of the season.

On the transfer deal between Lyon and Arsenal for Nabil Fekir, Daily Star reports that it’s “almost done” meaning there is a great possibility that Fekir will be an Arsenal player as early as January,2018 after the close of the winter transfer window.

Nabil Fekir, dubbed “Lionel Messi” by Lyon chairman Jean-Michel Aulas is one of the in-form players in the French league after scoring 12 goals in 15 appearances for Lyon in all competition this season. He will be expected to recreate an existing understanding between him and Lacazette, a former Lyon player.

Once the deal is confirmed, Fekir will become the most expensive players bought by Arsenal, he will overthrown his former Lyon teammate, Lacazette which cost £52million.
