Speculations over the future of Chelsea manager Antonio Conte are rife and it does appear that he will be sacked even before the next game of the Blues. According to latest reports, Luis Enrique has agreed terms to take charge over Chelsea.
Carlo Ancelotti and Tomas Tuchel have been linked as probable replacement for Conte but Enrique has remained top target for the Blues.
Conte only signed a new contract with Chelsea last summer but the recent spate and strings of embarrassing performances by his side means his future with the club will be cut short.
Enrique has been on a sabbatical leave since his relinquished the managerial position of Barcelona at the end of the last season. He was heavily linked with a move to Sevilla but he rejected the move as he wants to further his career outside the Premier League.
And now, the Daily Star are in the claim that the 47-year-old Spaniard has agreed terms with Chelsea to take over the helms of the Club next season.
There were reports that Conte would be fired after the Watford game but he is expected to manage Chelsea against West Brom on Monday night, and the Blues will decide from thence if they should appoint a care take manager.
Guus Hiddink has popped up as one name that could take charge of the Blues until the end of the season but we wait to see how all of this pans out.
