Chelsea host the Hornets in the Premier League later tonight and for both clubs, there are playing for nothing other than pride. The Blues clinched the Premier League title last week while Watford escaped relegation and are in 16th place on the table.
This game presents the opportunity to see all the fringe players of Chelsea who have mostly trained than played in matches from the start of this season. Conte is most likely to field a new starting XI or we may see a mixture of some of his first team players with the fringe players.
There are no fresh injury concerns but even if there is, it would not be much of concern for the team. Chelsea are in the running for a double and so, Conte will be looking to maintain the fitness of his squad as they prepare to play Arsenal later this month at Wembley.
Conte is expected to retain his 3-4-3 formation, with John Terry as the heart of the defense as he prepares to lift the trophy and exit Stamford Bridge. Players like Fabregas and Willian have been the super sub of the club and methinks they will star in the game today.
This is how Chelsea will line up against Watford.
