This summer transfer window promises to be one of the most exciting for the fans for Manchester United.
Jose Mourinho is one very pragmatic manager in the transfer window. Having signed Victor Lindelof from Benfica, the Reds Devils have reached an agreement with Monaco that will see Brazil born midfielder Fabinho move to Old Trafford, this is according to the Metro.
Fabinho has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League since the January transfer window but Man United have been tipped as his most-likely destination, probably because the Red Devils are in need of midfield options.
The midfielder is a key player that shone for the Ligue One Champions last season and is among the players tipped to exit Monaco. Mourinho is keen on a perfect midfield partner for Pogba and Fabinho appeals to the Portuguese tactician.
The report claims that an agreement to the tune of €35.2($40m) plus €5m in bonuses for Brazilian midfielder Fabinho has been reached between both Clubs. The play has also agreed personal terms and the deal will be wrapped up soon.
Should the deal be completed, it will not be the first time that the Brazilian will be playing under Jose Mourinho. He in Mourinho’s team during his spell at the Santiago Bernabeu but he broke through in his career when he moved to Monaco.
Fabinho can play as a right back and a central midfielder.
