4-3-3: Hudson-Odoi starts, Kovacic benched in probable Chelsea line-up vs Arsenal

Chelsea return to Premier League action against Capital rivals Arsenal today and they will be looking to make it two in two over their neighbors.

The Blues have had a season of ups and downs attributed to their lack of a potent striker. However, they are seated in fourth place on log, six points ahead of Arsenal in fifth. Any result other than a win for the Blues might dent their top four ambition.

Chelsea have added Cristian Pulisic to their squad – Gonzalo Higuain is said to be cusp of signing with us but sadly, he will not be a part of this game. Sarri has been dismayed with Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud, leaving him with no choice than to deploy Eden Hazard as his pointman.

Chelsea Injuries

Morata failed to make the Carabao Cup team that played against Tottenham because of a hamstring injury. He has returned to full training and is in contention for today’s game.

Gary Cahill is on the verge of joining Fulham while Cesc Fabregas has already played his first game for AS Monaco.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek is ruled out of the season following a back injury – besides that, the Gunners have no other injury concerns.
