Chelsea are yet to lose a match this season and they will be hoping to replicate the same form when they take on Vidi in a Europa League clash tonight.
Sarri is expected to heavily rotate his squad for this encounter so as to give rest to majority of key players and also take a look at some of his fringe squad members.
Following two draws in the Premier League, Chelsea are now occupy the third spot of the log but they have a chance to putting pressure on the league leaders when they take on Southampton. You’d expect Sarri to feature his best players and fielding them against Vidi is likely going to affect their fitness level.
Speaking ahead of the crunch tie, Sarri asked us to expect a number of changes.
“I have to speak to Pedro who is doing better, like [Ruben] Loftus-Cheek,” Sarri said, when asked for team news on Wednesday.
“I think tomorrow every player is available but I have to change five, six or seven players.
“I don’t know yet, I want to see the training this afternoon and the last training tomorrow morning.”
He revealed that he will start either Eden Hazard or Callum Hudson-Odoi but he also stated that Ross Barkley would be in the starting line-up.
Fabregas, who is the express replacement for Jorginho will marshal the midfield and we think the Blues will line-up this way.
