Manchester United youngster, Cameron Borthwick-Jackson, is back to Old Trafford after an unsuccessful loan spell with Championship side Leeds United, according to reports.
Confirming the untimely end to their relationship with the youngster, Leeds United wrote on their official page that Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has been sent back to Old Trafford for the second half of the season.
It is believed that the Championship club are not impressed with Cameron’s performance during the first half of the season thereby releasing him back to his parent-club for the second part of the season. The highly-rated United youngster will hope to feature for José Mourinho’s side before the end of the season.
The young full-back could be sent on another loan spell before the close of the ongoing winter transfer window as there are numerous championship clubs bidding for his services including Reading.
Mourinho has admitted that it will be very hard for any youngster to break into his main squad for the rest of this season as he hope to meet up with Manchester City who have been defeated just once in the current campaign. This means that a loan move is inevitable for the young player.
