The Presence of Ivan Gazidis and Arsenal Chief scout Sven Mislintat in Germany has seen Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang dominated the transfer news of the London Club, but it appears that there are other emerging news from Germany as well.
Arsenal have been credited with huge interest for Jamaican and Bayer Leverkusen versatile winger Leon Bailey, according to report.
Bailey has taken the Bundesliga Liga by storm with his unprecedented but impressive displays for Leverkusen. He joined the Bundesliga side in the summer of 2016 but he has steadily improved and assumed the position of one of the mot prospective stars to watch in 2018.
The 20-year-old star was a torn in the flesh of Hoffenheim last weekend as they thumped the side 4-1 away from home and his performance has only but increased his stock – he was on the score sheet and also had an assist, taking his tally to 9 goals and five assist this season.
According to Kicker, the Jamaican has drew attention to himself but Arsenal have been named as the favourites to sign him. However, there might be a hot Premier League chase for him as Man United and Chelsea are also linked with a move for the star, according to Goal.
Dubbed as ‘the Bundesliga Bolt’ because of his speed, Bailey can play on any of the wings across the flanks and his ability to tick all the boxes of the pitch makes him a natural winner.
Bailey had stirred speculation that he dreams of playing for Chelsea after posting a picture of him in a Chelsea shirt.
