Manchester United are reportedly ahead of other clubs in the race for Juventus and Brazil defender Alex Sandro this summer. The player is being tracked by Manchester United and Chelsea since the previous transfer in January but none of them was able to convince the Scudetto Champions to let go of the player.

In their bid to get their longtime target, Manchester United are reportedly set to offer £70m plus out-of-favour defender Matteo Darmian in the summer transfer market.
Matteo Darmian, who joined the Red Devils in 2014 has endured an unsuccessful spell at Old Trafford and he’s set to move to another club where he will hope to rejuvenate his career. The Dutchman might just be heading to the Serie A giants next season as Calciomercato suggest that he could be included in United’s offer for Sandro.
