Arsenal battle Liverpool and Man United to sign £16.20m-rated midfield enforcer

Nigeria international star player Wilfred Ndidi’s day at the King Power stadium could be numbered as there are top clubs aiming to snatch him from Claude Puel’s guide by the end of the current campaign. The 21-year-old midfielder has been phenomenal to the Foxes’ charge for European qualification ticket, he has featured in all the 36 League games played by the 2015 Premier league Champions so far this season.

Due to his undeniable stats, top Premier clubs including Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United are set to compete for his signature this summer.

According to the Sun, Arsene Wenger is hoping to bring the Nigerian to Emirates stadium so as to bring more stability to the team at the middle of the pitch.

With Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere both linked with a summer move away from the club, Wenger is in desperate search of their replacements and he believes Ndidi is the perfect man to come in to his team this summer.

Getting Ndidi might be a bit difficult for Wenger due stiff competition from rivals Manchester United and Liverpool. Jurgen Klopp is being linked with the player’s services this summer as he is hoping to get capable midfielder to take the place of Emre Can who could be on his way to Juventus.

Despite the arrival of Naby Keita from RB Leipzig in the summer, Klopp still believes Ndidi will provide more strength to his team should he accept to make a sensational move to the Anfield stadium.

He is currently valued at £16.20m according to transfermarkt.
