Alexis Sanchez joined Manchester United from Arsenal during the last transfer window in a swap deal which saw Henrikh Mktarryan switched to the Emirates stadium after being denied of regular first-team action by José Mourinho.
The Chilean striker has failed to live up to the Red Devils faithfuls since joining the Old Trafford outfits and he might be on his way out of the club this summer as he was tipped to be offered to Juventus by Mourinho as the manager hope to bring Arturo Vidal to the team this summer.
The Juventus attacking midfielder is tipped to be moving out of Allianz Arena by the end of the season after the Bundesliga Champions reportedly agreed contract terms with Shalke for Leon Goretzka’s signature.
Mourinho is hoping to sign the Chilean midfielder so as to add more spark to his team’s performances at the middle of the park in the upcoming season but Bayern seem not willing to let go of the player unless the Red Devils add Alexis Sanchez to their contract offer.
According to La Cuarta, Vidal is set to cost £52.5m and the Red Devils are reportedly set to meet Juventus’ price tag on the player. Cuarta also suggest that the Premier League giants are ready to offer him a contract which will earn him £12m per season.
It is yet to be seen if Mourinho will let go of the highly-rated Chilean striker who is yet to justify his straight inclusion in José Mourinho’s starting lineup at the expense of in-form Anthony Martial.
